We work to identify, dispute, and challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on your credit reports in accordance with applicable laws.
 

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, approvals, timelines, or outcomes, as results vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor responses, and external factors beyond our control.

 

2. No Legal or Financial Advice

Credit2Cribs is not a law firm, financial institution, or credit bureau. Any information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for such advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

• Maintain an active credit monitoring account as required.

• Review communications from Credit2Cribs in a timely manner.

• Avoid actions that may negatively impact your credit during the service period, including taking on new debt without guidance.

• Failure to comply may affect results or delay progress.

4. Payments and Fees

• All fees for services are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payments must be made on time according to the agreed-upon plan. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

• All fees are earned for services rendered and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Ready to Buy Referral Disclosure

Clients who select the Ready to Buy option acknowledge that this service involves referral to a third-party real estate professional. Credit2Cribs does not control, manage, or guarantee the services, advice, or outcomes provided by any realtor, lender, or third party.
 

Any agreements entered into with referred professionals are solely between the client and the third party.

 

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and compliant processes, credit outcomes vary. Credit2Cribs makes no promises or guarantees regarding credit score changes, creditworthiness, loan approvals, interest rates, or home purchase outcomes.

7. Termination of Services

Credit2Cribs reserves the right to terminate services if a client:

• Fails to make required payments

• Provides false or misleading information

• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity

• Violates these Terms and Conditions

• Clients may also cancel services according to the cancellation policy provided at enrollment.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to perform credit-related services.
